Dear Mrs. Dolors:
My name is Scarlee, I'm 16 years old and I'm a student
at a medical school. This year I start learning about military nursing to help
people in need and for that I started doing a course in which they put you to
the test and see your skills. I had problems volunteering and being accepted
into the unit, but it's something that I'm really passionate about since I love
helping people but I do not have a docile character either, so this course is
for me.
The definition of nursing is overvalued, they see it
as something easy and it is not, on the other hand, the military is different;
it has a position so big that it opens a lot of doors, so not everyone does it.
By doing this course I help many people and I see the reality of other
countries that do not have the same resources as most countries, children dying
of hunger, child exploitation, marriages of convenience, exchanges of people by
animals, etc.
I am writing because I would like to offer help to
people who live this kind of unfair treatment and exchange, being able to help
health but with greater power.
Now I leave my self-portrait
so you can know a little more about me.
Thank you for having time to read my letter, I will
answer all the questions you have about me in my mail.
Yours sincerely,
Scarlee
